Previously Head of Legal & Compliance at Morgan Stanley International, Gavin has advised on transactions totaling £750 million and provided counsel to major financial institutions including American Express, Visa, Citi Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Credit Suisse International, Toyota Financial Services, Honda Finance Europe, and British Gas.
